About Us
About Sparks Yacht Sales
Sparks Yacht Sales is a South Florida marine brokerage built around two things: client satisfaction and quick results. Our team of specialist brokers covers every category that defines the South Florida market, from center consoles and sportfishers to motor yachts up to 80+ feet. Whether you're buying your first boat, moving up to a larger center console, or selling a yacht you've owned for years, the right specialist on our team will walk you through it.
What we focus on
Two things drive every engagement at Sparks Yacht Sales.
Client satisfaction. Every buyer and seller gets a dedicated broker who knows the vessel category, the South Florida market, and the people behind the listings. No one gets handed off. No one gets a generic pitch.
Quick results. Boats that are properly priced, professionally photographed, and exposed across the major listing portals (YachtWorld, Boat Trader, Yatco) move. Our brokers know how to position a listing so it sells and how to surface the right inventory so a buyer doesn't waste months chasing the wrong boats.
Expert brokers across every vessel category
The team at Sparks Yacht Sales is structured around vessel specialization. That matters because a center console buyer needs someone who knows hull design, fish boxes, T-tops, and electronics. A motor yacht buyer needs someone who can read engine hours, surveys, and refit history. A tournament sportfisher buyer needs someone who has been on the water during the same tournaments.
Our brokers specialize in:
- Center consoles from 30 to 60 feet, including the in-house Sparks 46
- Used Viking yachts, particularly tournament-rigged sportfishers
- Used Hatteras yachts and sportfishers
- Used Bahama boats
- Offshore sportfishers for Bahamas crossings and tournament fishing
- Dual consoles and walkarounds for family use
- Motor yachts from 40 to 80+ feet, with strong inventory in the Naples market
When you call, you get routed to the broker who knows your category best. Not a generalist. Not a junior agent. The specialist.
Who we help
Sparks Yacht Sales works with three types of clients, and the team is built to serve each one.
First-time buyers. Buying a yacht is a complicated transaction. Hull surveys, sea trials, USCG documentation, insurance, financing, marina assignment, and ongoing maintenance all factor in. Our brokers walk first-time buyers through the full process and steer them away from boats that look right on paper but won't perform offshore or hold value at resale.
Upgraders. Moving from a 28-foot center console to a 42, or stepping up from a 50-foot sportfisher to a 60-foot motor yacht, isn't the same transaction as a first-time purchase. Our brokers handle the trade-in side, the timing of selling the old boat against acquiring the new one, and the spec-level decisions that come with larger vessels.
Sellers. Every listing engagement starts with a sold-comparable pricing analysis built on real transaction data from the Palm Beach to Naples market. Then professional photography, multi-portal exposure, and a marketing plan tailored to the vessel category and price point.
The Sparks Boat Works connection
Sparks Yacht Sales is connected to Sparks Boat Works, the in-house manufacturing arm that builds the Sparks 46 Center Console for offshore use. That manufacturing depth is the wedge that separates Sparks from pure brokerage operations. Our brokers can read a hull, evaluate a power package, and spot issues that listing-portal screenshots will never reveal. For buyers vetting a used center console or sportfisher, that's an inspection advantage. For sellers, it means condition reporting that holds up under survey.
Service area
Sparks Yacht Sales operates across three connected Florida markets.
Palm Beach County. West Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Shores, Mangonia Park, and Boca Raton. Marina ecosystem includes Sailfish Marina, Riviera Beach Marina, Port of Palm Beach, Old Port Cove Marina, Palm Beach Yacht Club, and Soverel Harbour.
Treasure Coast. Jupiter and Stuart, with regular activity around Jupiter Inlet Marina, Harbourside Place, and Sunset Bay Marina.
Southwest Florida Gulf Coast. Naples, with focus on motor yachts and custom sportfishers berthed at Naples City Dock, Cove Inn Marina, and the Port Royal area.
This footprint covers two of the strongest year-round boating markets in Florida and gives our clients access to inventory and buyer demand on both coasts.
